All prices are shown in euros or USD, including VAT, excluding shipping costs. For the most up-to-date pricing information, please consult the webshop.
Payment:
You can pay via bank transfer, PayPal, iDeal, SofortBanking, or BanContact.
If you choose bank transfer, you will find all payment details in the confirmation email. If you choose PayPal, iDeal, SofortBanking or Bancontact, you will be automatically redirected to a secure payment environment during the ordering process. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible after payment. Payment must be made within 10 days. If this is not done, the order will be canceled.
Shipping
Everything will be shipped by PostNL (Dutch postal service) or DHL and will be carefully packaged. The delivery address is the address the buyer provided to Rapid Dog Wear. Buyers are responsible for any tariffs, duties and fees that may apply.

Approximate delivery times:
Netherlands – 1 to 2 business days
European Union – 2 to 6 business days
USA/Canada – 4 to 12 business days
Everywhere else – 4 to 15 business days
Return policy
When purchasing products, the buyer has the option to return them within 14 days. This period begins on the day after the buyer receives the product.
During this period, the buyer will handle the product and packaging with care. They will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether they wish to keep it. If they exercise their right of withdrawal, they will return the product with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition (free of dog hair or damage) and packaging to Rapid Dog Wear, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by us. If there is damage or signs of wear, we reserve the right to calculate the value of the damage. This reduction in value (guideline: 50%) will then be deducted from the refund amount.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the buyer has already paid, this amount will be refunded as soon as possible (no later than 30 days after the return).
Returns are not possible if products were manufactured according to the buyer’s specifications or if the products cannot be returned due to their nature.
