• Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • You can download our return form and indicate whether you wish to exchange the product or get a refund.
  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. For non-EU returns, any customs charges or handling costs applied when items enter the EU are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Upon receipt of the returned product, Rapid Dog Wear will refund the amount paid as soon as possible or send a replacement product.
  • If you return an entire order, you will also receive a full refund of the order amount (incl. shipping costs).
  • Products must be returned in their original condition (free of dog hair and preferably in the original packaging).
